• Online orders will be delivered directly to your door step by courier at nominal courier charges.
• We provide customized service like conducting an audit of your home and suggest appropriate products to be used. We also customize our products to suit your home needs. Customers residing outside Mumbai will have to send photographs for product recommendation.
• Delivery time will be within 14 working days from date of placing a confirmed order. If product is in stock the same shall be delivered the next day.
• Outstation orders shall be couriered at normal courier charges.
• If any product found to be having any manufacturing defect on receipt by the customer the same shall be replaced at no extra cost.
• Complaints of any kind should be registered within 48 hours from the time of receipt of the product by email giving all necessary details.
• Our products are meant to avoid injuries of any kind hence they are not toys. They should not be given to Children lest they put it in the mouth. The responsibility for the same lies with parents and elders of the family.
• The products displayed on the website and in the brochures are all indicative and will vary in terms of specifications and design.
• Children with skin allergy should consult their doctors before using the products that are in direct contact with their skin.
• SE reserves all rights to its products in respect to making of changes, upgrading or discontinuing its use if the product is not in demand.
